The production team is composed of experienced technical backbone, covering professional fields such as SMT engineering, DIP assembly, and process quality control. The core members have an average of over 5 years of experience in the industry.
The quality assurance system strictly follows the IATF16949 standard and sets up four quality inspection checkpoints: IQC incoming material full inspection adopts XRF heavy metal analyzer, IPQC process inspection implements CPK process capability analysis, FQC finished product inspection includes 72 hour high and low temperature aging test, and OQC conducts ICT/FCT functional full inspection before shipment. Through SPC statistical process control, the product throughput rate has been consistently maintained at over 99.2%.
In terms of intelligent manufacturing, the workshop has deployed MES production execution system to achieve material traceability, equipment status monitoring, and cloud based management of process parameters. All production equipment is connected to the ERP system to ensure digital control of the entire process from order placement to product delivery.
